Acceptance inspection of track and equipment

  1, track inspection
     Installation of doors  gantry crane  track for acceptance before the deal, check whether the track fixed firmly and in accordance with the design and construction specifications for track spacing, elevation, horizontal, parallel to check retest, carts track allowable deviation: two tracks height difference: <3mm two tracks not parallel error: <8mm track center distance error: <8mm wheel center distance range diagonal tracks the difference: <5mm
     2, the device checks
      Gantry cranes are mounted to the device before the deal, components carefully check to see whether there is defect, bumps, eliminate accumulation of fouling during custody, check the gear oil tank is clean, lubricating oil is in good condition, to ensure that the no problem components ready to install.
     3, electric hoist connected with the main beam
       The  bridge gantry crane  into the plant for the sub-structure, first of all electric hoist connected with the main beam. Hoist the inside of the wheel rim flange girder beam track clearance should be between 3 ~ 5mm.
     Sprocket chain hoist should be maintained at the same vertical groove surface. Gantry crane in the chain should not be contorted runtime, stuck and severe wear and tear.
