Analysis of overhead crane safety inspection

In order to ensure the safe operation of  overhead gantry crane ,  the crane during operation the need for some security routine examination, it is recommended to be checked as follows:
    1. Ensure lifting height limiter, travel limit switch and the interlock mechanism normal performance, safety and reliability.
    (2) meet the safety requirements of the major components: opening increases less than 15% of the original size, torsional deformation of less than 10%; plate hook bushing wear less than 50% of the original size, plate hook spindle wear less than 5%, no peeling, burrs, welding; hook hanger and pulleys no obvious defects; wire rope surface abrasion, corrosion, less than 40% of the diameter of the wire, broken wire in a twisting pitch of less than 10% of the total number of wires, no breakage, no significant thinning, no core prolapse, dead twisting, extrusion, annealing, burning phenomenon.
    3  Steel crane  wire rope end connections and fixed clamp, plate, wedge block connection intact, no loosening, plate no less than two, no less than three clips. Roll without cracks, connected and fixed without loosening; cylinder wall wear 20% less than the original wall thickness;
    4 safety volume of not less than two laps, drum and rope diameter ratio meets the requirements. Balance wheel fixed intact, wire rope shall conform to the requirements. Brakes no cracks, no loose, no serious wear, brake clearance is equal on both sides of the right size, there is sufficient braking force, brake band wear less than 50% of the original thickness.
     Through the  bridge crane  safety routine inspection, to prevent accidents, reduce equipment accidents, improve equipment operation rate, lower maintenance costs etc. played a significant role.
