In recent years, in order to meet market demand, domestic enterprises constantly adjust product structure, improve the level of product technology and continuously improve product quality, to provide users with high-quality products, but still mainly targeted at the low-end market, compared with foreign construction  overhead bridge crane  quality there are still large gaps, mainly reflected in the following aspects:

(2) the level of technology and assembly technology varies greatly

Precision-made  overhead gantry crane   materials, the appearance of coating, the flatness of the main cover and key parts of the weld and assembly technology level compared with foreign products have a certain gap.

Manufacturing and assembling technical level varies greatly, weld appearance of rough irregular, paint quality, but off, poor paint adhesion and corrosion resistance.

(3) the stability of the product quality is poor

Stability and quality of domestic parts larger than the gap with foreign products, affecting product life, such as the hydraulic system leakage, abnormal noise; electrical component aging, poor contact, malfunction; institutions like oil spills, abnormal sound, easy to maneuver , unreliable; bridge box category oil spills, leaks, broken teeth, badly operated; chambers and exterior parts leaking weld cracking,bridge gantry crane sealing off the aging and so on. Such as engine life abroad as 8000h, while China only 3000h; foreign service life of the hydraulic cylinder 100 to 200 million, while China is only 60 to 80 million times.
