Loosening of crane tracks


  Often encountered in the inspection  hoist gantry crane  rail carts loose issues, from the following analysis of the reasons for this phenomenon:
One, carts are not synchronized
  1, both sides of the wheel brake carts have successively

  2, the side of the brake, brake or no obvious side
       In this case, the carts start or stop the system tray will see significant torsion moment, the brake is not obvious side, the end beam will swing back and forth, the cart wheel flange and rail side thereof,overhead gantry crane generate a horizontal lateral force, causing flange and rail friction, leading to loose track. So while one side of the braking effect is obvious in the torsion process to act as "support", in orbit will produce friction along the track direction, if not timely repair, rail will gradually loose.
Second, the bridge uneven
       Likely to cause uneven tray carts four wheels not in the same plane, the run-time generated "three legs" and so on. Runtime carts will be "bumpy", severe cases occur throat rail phenomenon, generating friction along the track direction, leading to the track and plate loose.
Three, wheel problem
  1, horizontal deflection wheels. Deformation due to the bridge, prompting the end of the horizontal beam bending, resulting in horizontal deflection wheels or wheel installation tolerance level already skewed tolerance.
  2, the wheel vertical deflection. Deformation due to the bridge, causing the wheel vertical deviation tolerance. Installation should pay attention to the same set of wheels are slightly skewed to the outside, causing the bridge to reduce wheel bearing rear vertical deflection.
  3, two equal diameter capstan. The  bridge gantry crane  operation, the speed is not the same as the left and right.
  4, the front and rear wheels are not run along the same line. Bridge span due to deformation caused by excessive bias or diagonal, the front and rear wheels can run on the same straight line.
