Gantry crane pulley and material classification

In  gantry crane   the main role of the pulley rope is reeved. This pulley and steel pulley roughly the same, but the quality is light, and some reduce to 1/4. Currently nylon pulley and aluminum pulley on the crane has been widely used. Nylon pulley light and resistant, but lower stiffness. Aluminum pulley low hardness, wear and tear on the rope is small.
