Gantry crane installation importance and characteristics

Since  gantry crane  is a special equipment, with higher risk characteristics, therefore, the gantry crane installations, security is particularly important to pay special attention to the following aspects:
        (1) gantry cranes are mostly large structure, institutional complex mechanical devices, it is often difficult overall transport is often split after shipping the equipment to use the site as a whole assembly.         (4) based on the importance of safe working crane, the crane was put into use in order to meet the operational requirements of various loads, it must be conducted according to the provisions of the crane load, full load, overload static and dynamic load tests. These tests must be the operating state of the crane mechanism or specific for a stationary state. This requires the crane load test after installation only after the transfer of use.
        (5) gantry crane wire rope and other flexible member, and many other parts will occur in some of the initial elongation under load, deformation, loosening. It also requires the  hoist gantry crane  installation, commissioning loaded after correction for repair, adjustment, handling and fastening. Therefore, we must do a good job crane installation, commissioning, speed and a series of work in order to ensure the future safety of the crane normally used.
